By purchasing from Paid Development, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our business and our customers. Please read carefully before completing any purchase.
1. Refund Policy
1.1. No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind.
Server compatibility issues caused by third-party modifications or improper installations.
Lack of technical knowledge on the part of the buyer.
1.2. If a product is found to be defective due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement or fix the issue at no additional cost.
2. Ownership and Use
2.1. Licensing: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our assets (scripts, maps, vehicles, etc.) on one server key only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2. No Reselling or Sharing:
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing our products in any form (paid or free) is strictly prohibited.
Uploading or hosting our products on any public platform or repository is also forbidden.
2.3. Ownership Rights: All assets remain the intellectual property of Paid Development. Ownership is not transferred upon purchase.
3. Liability
3.1. Limited Responsibility: We are only responsible for the proper functioning of the assets we provide. We are not responsible for:
Issues arising from server misconfigurations or incompatibility with other scripts or modifications.
Damages or disruptions caused by improper use of our products.
3.2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that our products will function flawlessly on all server setups. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility.
4. Support
4.1. Included Support: We offer basic support to assist with installation and functionality of our products for up to 30 days after purchase.
4.2. Exclusions: Support does not include:
Server-side troubleshooting unrelated to our products.
Custom modifications or alterations to our scripts or maps.
4.3. Response Time: We aim to respond to support requests within 12-24 hours. However, response times may vary based on workload.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Any of the following actions will result in a permanent ban from purchasing future products and may lead to legal action:
Reverse-engineering or decompiling our scripts, maps, or assets.
Sharing our assets with third-party developers for modification or debugging without prior authorization.
Using our products for illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to monetizing stolen content.
6. Payment and Licensing
6.1. Payment Terms: All payments must be completed via the payment gateways we provide. Unauthorized payment methods are not permitted.
6.2. License Revocation: Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate revocation of your license without warning or refund.
7. Updates and Maintenance
7.1. Product Updates: Updates are provided at our discretion and may not be guaranteed for all products.
7.2. Access to Updates: Updates will only be provided to the original buyer and are subject to our no-sharing policy.
8. Copyright and Trademark
8.1. All content, designs, and products sold by Paid Development are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or usage is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
